Recruitment Is a Two-Way Partnership

Not a test, a conversation to find out whether the fit is right on both sides. Qofi cares about technical excellence, and just as much about curiosity, judgment, and communication. Candidates get a clear view of the work; Qofi learns how they approach problems. Honesty goes both ways, at every stage.
