What You'll Do
Own customer relationships post-sale, ensuring engagements deliver measurable value.
Coordinate across project leads, research, and engineering to keep delivery on track.
Surface expansion opportunities and renew long-term partnerships.
Be the voice of the customer back into product and operations.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing delivery.
Strong project-management instincts and executive communication.
Comfortable with technical subject matter and demanding, sophisticated customers.
Interest in AI and financial services.
